CRADLEY Town boss Mark Jones says there is more to come from his side after a good start to the season.

The Hammers secured back-to-back victories to move within two points of early leaders Haughmond.

A 3-0 success at The Beeches against Ellesmere Rangers last Saturday was quickly followed by a 2-1 away win at Stone Old Alleynians on Tuesday night.

Jones said: "There is still more to come from this group. They are still getting used to playing together and should have a lot more progress to make.

"Everything is on track but our first aim is 40 points and survival. Once that happens we will reassess what we can achieve.

"The players know we haven't cracked it yet. We are a work in progress, but if we can pick up a few wins at this stage then we know we are on course."

Cradley will assess injuries to Joe Lawley and goalkeeper Matt Jones ahead of this Saturday's home game against Willenhall Town.
