ANDY Mole thinks Causeway United are close to getting back to winning ways after an encouraging performance against Brocton last Saturday.
United fell to their fourth consecutive defeat when losing 2-1 away despite Josh March finding the net.
However, manager Mole was encouraged by the football his side played.
"I think it was the best we have played all season," he said. "We need to improve defensively at times but the signs are all there.
"I don't think it will be long before we win again if we continue to perform like that."
Causeway were set to take on Stourport at home in the JW Hunt Cup last night before facing Alvechurch at home in the league this Saturday.
