THE penultimate jazz night at Halesowen Cricket Club of this season is taking place on Mother's Day, Sunday, March 15.
Trevor Jones, from the jazz club, is delighted to have a stellar outfit performing.
He said: "The much travelled Sussex Jazz Kings, led by cornettist Dave Stradwick, will be making a welcome return to the club.
"The Sussex Jazz Kings have an exciting repertoire of News Orleans style traditional jazz which appeals greatly to both dancers and listeners."
The evening runs from 8.30pm until 11pm and admission, on the door, is £4.
